What a lovely little bundle this is! I was desperate to try the new Alpine Smoked prior to Christmas and I wasn't disappointed! How lovely to have a vegan hard cheese which cuts and keeps its shape and the flavour is delicious. The Bree remains a firm favourite in our house - creamy, gooey and delicious on baguettes or crackers. The Shamembert is another stalwart and when baked is a real treat. This time we're going to make Jamie Oliver's Oozy Camembert and Onion Rice with it - how lovely to be able to fully veganise a cheesey recipe! The Garlic & Herb soft cheese is also lovely and we'll be using it in a Spinach, Spring Onion, & Garlic Cream Cheese Gnocchi as it is deliciously creamy and unctuous when melted! Finally the Blue, perfect for a cheeseboard but delicious in a warming Broccoli & Stilton soup at this time of year or an indulgent blue cheese risotto. Bowl food is a must in Autumn! Very, very happy with this bundle and the dates on the cheeses are getting better and better! Well done Honestly Tasty - you smashed it!

What's inside
- Shamembert — bloomy rind, soft creamy centre, truffle notes running through it. Bake it whole until molten.
- Bree — mellow and soft-ripened, creamy right through, with subtle earthy notes.
- Blue — made with real Penicillium roqueforti and matured over several weeks. A blue bite that builds as you eat.
- Garlic & Herb — garlic-heavy, buttery, slightly crumbly. Spread it thick on sourdough or crackers.
- Alpine Smoked — semi-firm, styled on the cheeses of the Alps. Smoky, sweet and nutty. A slicer, not a melter.
