Plant based, packed with taste

Who we are, and what we do.

We make award winning plant-based cheese, with cheese lovers in mind - so that there are alternatives available, not compromises.

Our cheeses perform like the cheeses they’re styled on - melting, oozing, smushing, squishing - just as they should. And we'd love to see them on your menu, or in your fridges!

As more people increase the proportion of plant-based food they consume, this feeds through to demand in restaurants and shops.

That's compounded when a member of a party is vegan / plant-based, as only a restaurant with plant-based options will capture that business...

Whilst the real dairy cheese market is well developed with a wide range of speciality cheeses, the plant based market only really caters for cheddars and mozzarella - until now!

  • Blue

    Available in 100g wedge, 1kg, 2kg wheel

Matured over several weeks to achieve a distinctive blue taste and authentic veining, our Blue is a real crowd pleaser. Michelin star Pied a terre use it in their Waldorf Grumolo Salad. Purezza feature it on their best-selling vegan four cheese & bacon pizza.

  • Bree

    Available in 130g wedge, 1kg, 2kg wheel

A thick and mellow soft ripened alternative to brie like cheese, with a creamy texture and subtle earthy tones. Tate EATS currently use Bree alongside Shamembert and Blue on their men, No 12 Nottingham use it for deep fried bree bite and it’s enjoyed in cafes as a popular baguette filling.

  • Garlic & Herb

Available in 130g pot. Or ask us about our Garlic & Herb sauce... perfect for pizza dipping.

Our Garlic & Herb is a multi-award-winning plant-based cheese. It resembles a much loved gournay style cheese, creamy and crumbly, with a delicious hit of garlic.

It's our newest cheese, and ready for menu or shelf!

  • Shamembert

    Available in 160g wheel

Styled on Camembert, this boasts an authentic rind and indulgent, creamy centre. You can bake it too. No. Twelve, fine dining restaurant, uses Shamembert in a few dishes, it’s popular as a shared starter in lots of wine bars, and Purezza customers love it on their pizza too.

Adam Layton, Honest Burger

“Honestly Tasty’s Shamembert is the most dairy-like of all the plant-based cheeses I’ve tried. And I’ve tried a lot. It is every bit as indulgent as camembert. For the first time I was proud that our vegan Christmas burger was as good as our beef version - it was the best plant-based Christmas burger we’ve ever made.”
