Gorgeous with crackers and grapes. I popped some in a vegan mac n cheese and it worked so well!
Like this cheese, although it's definitely not a cheddar substitute, more like a spread.
Not bad but not a firm cheddar. More like a soft cheddar usually found in a tub. Quite a tangy taste though which I enjoyed.
Tasty and smooth
One thing I have missed since being vegan is a good old cheese and onion sandwich. This fits the bill perfectly. A lovey cheddar taste and so much better than brads you find in the supermarkets.
Wish I could share a photo of this delicious cheese but unfortunately it didn’t last long enough. This was lovely with the chilli onion relish as well as by itself or on toast in a sandwich or in a pasta sauce.
I tried the blue one bought from a stall in a market and wow this is a game changer !
Tangy , no underlying funny taste you normally find with most vegan cheese it’s an absolute winner!
I’m going to buy the others to try
This is delicious cheese - the clue is in the name - this is instead of cheddar, so don't expect cheddar! The texture is soft and spreadable, and the flavour is a delicious rich flavour with loads of umami. I loved it, and it was delicious melted with leeks and chilli mustard in a vol au vent. Of the three flavours I made, this was also hub's favourite.
Delicious melted on toast.
Best vegan cheese ever!!!
Nicest vegan cheese I've ever had!! Tastes great on its own or with crackers.
If you eat it as is, it doesn't taste much like cheddar - it's a soft, spreadable, neutral cheese. But I highly recommend you grill or bake it on things, as it goes firm and crumbly and tastes much more cheddar-y that way! We had it on stuffed peppers and it was great, would probably also work well on pizza
This is really delicious. It isn't like cheddar in texture, but is way tastier (and probably healthier) than any real Cheddar. It arrived yesterday and I tried it out on vegans and non-vegans All had the same opinion as me. Just had it in a sandwich with avacados and tomatoes - perfect!
