This one is just a little toastie inspiration, a call to action. Mix up your toppings, and give something new a go. The flavours marry up deliciously to create a healthy and filling plant-based breakfast / brunch.
Method
Pop your bread in the toaster. Next, add a layer of kimchi to your toast & a thin chunk of Ched Spread. Spread on a chunk of Bree for a little extra melt!
Add a drizzle of hot sauce (as much as you dare) and put under a pre-heated grill for about 5 minutes, just to heat and melt the cheese. Add some small chunks of avocado, a sprinkle of salt and some chopped coriander.
