Happy St Patrick's Day! It's super Saturday tomorrow too and we've got just the dip for you... it's super easy to mix together and you can dunk pretty much anything in it! Easy, cheesey... with a good glug of Guinness and a small dollop of marmite added... it's got rich, savoury and umami flavours you're bound to love.
St Patrick's Day Guinness and Ched Dip
Ingredients
- 1 block Ched Spread
- A splash of oat milk
- 2 large splashes of Guinness
- 2 heaped tbsp salsa
- 1/2 tsp marmite
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp mayo vegan
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp sugar
Method
Place a saucepan on medium heat and add your Ched Spread, cut into smaller chunks. Add a splash of plant-based milk and keep stirring until this melts down - be careful not to let it get too hot and burn or curdle!
Once the cheese is well melted and smooth, stir in all your other ingredients. Keep stirring until this all heats up and is well combined, before serving in a large bowl with pretzels or bread.
