DELIVERY

  • FREE DELIVERY When you purchase a 'Little' or 'Classic' Collection
  • Your order will be delivered on Monday 23rd or Tuesday 24th December
  • We will confirm delivery one day before (when we dispatch the order) 
  • Faux Butcher products in your order should be frozen and defrosted when you're ready. You can also keep your Ched Spread longer by freezing it too.

Storage

Keep products refrigerated - check third party packaging for exact advice. Cheese - once opened, consume within 3 days. Use by date will be minimum 8 days from delivery, check label for exact date. Blue, Bree, Garlic & Herb not recommended for freezing. Shamembert can be frozen for up to 3 months and then baked from frozen for best results. See all other storage info on pack.

Delivery

We deliver to the majority of mainland UK and offer FREE shipping when you spend £40+. Otherwise it's a flat rate of £5.95. We cover next day deliver to you in well insulated eco-friendly packaging - designed to keep the cheese cool and fresh ‘til it reaches you.

We don’t currently deliver to Jersey, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and Highlands (as defined by DPD) but can occasionally make an exception. Email our support team and we'l see what we can do!

DELIVERY OPTIONS
This year, we are offering delivery windows. During the two weeks before Christmas, you must choose the week which suits you best: between 9 - 13th or 16 - 20th December. At checkout you will see '12th' or '19th' available and you should choose the date in your preferred delivery week. This does not mean that DPD will deliver that day.

We'll confirm dispatch the day before your delivery is due and from there, DPD will send updates. We advise that you provide a mobile telephone number so that you get fast delivery updates.

If you choose the earlier delivery window and have Faux Butcher products in your order, their use by date may be before Christmas Day but you can freeze them to ensure they last for longer!
