We offer 'Standard' shipping for delivery to regions A + B signposted below, and Shipping to zone C + D for an additional charge.

Shipping Rates & Times

Packaging and postage costs vary depending on order size, for standard shipping in zones A + B:

Order below £12 incur a £9.50 postage and packaging fee

Orders from £12-40 incur a £4 postage and packaging fee

Orders above £40 incur no postage and packaging fee

For Zones C + D, please add £11 onto the above fees, orders over £40 will be charged at £11 postage and packaging

Deliveries are dispatched three times a week, from Monday - Wednesday, for delivery from Tuesday - Thursday. You may choose delivery on any of the three days, athough we only have the capacity to dispatch 25 per day so if we reach capacity for any one day you will only be able to select the remaining delivery days.

You will receive notifications and updates regarding the status of your order. We will be in contact with our courier, DHL, if your order is not delivered on Thursday. If your order is not delivered within 2 days of dispatch you will have the option for re-delivery or a full refund.

Our delivery packaging guarantees items will remain at below 5°C for 24 hours (our shipment window), and below 8°C for 48 hours (extended shipment window). Customers are advised to remove the products from their insulated delivery box and liners, and to refrigerate products ASAP after receipt of delivery (we would also recommending unwrapping the cheeses and placing in a sealed container to maintain freshness). 

Disposing of packaging

Since our ice packs are only guaranteed to stay cold for up to 48 hours we recommend discarding these after delivery, or refreezing and reusing them for your own personal needs. Our packaging (boxes and liners) is doorstep recyclable and reusable. You are more than welcome to return these to our shop if you are able to, however we are unable to arrange a packaging return process with our courier at present.

Changing your delivery date

If you will need your order delivered at a later delivery date, please add your request to the "Instructions for Seller" section during the checkout process. We will do our best to pick up all requests like these, however please note that this date must be within 10 days of your order date.

Shipping Information

All deliveries will be issued an estimated delivery date, on which acceptance of the package must be made. Specific delivery time slots may be offered by the courier, but this is not guaranteed and deliveries can sometimes continue into the evening. Customers are strongly advised to be present for deliveries as a signature will be required upon acceptance of the package. We cannot accept liability for products spoiled due to missed deliveries or deliveries rescheduled to outside of the 24 hour shipment window. This also includes missed deliveries for customers who have ordered delivery to their place of work, but have not stayed long enough to accept the deliveries that have been attempted in the evenings.

Delivery Issues

We are unable to accept responsibility for missed deliveries. The shipping company is a separate entity from us so please contact the carrier for any problems/damages related to shipping and missed deliveries.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking of their parcel and contact the courier to organise any redelivery, should deliveries fail due to lack of acceptance of a package or issues with customer's address. Due to data privacy laws Honestly Tasty is not able to arrange redelivery on a customer's behalf. Should no efforts to contact the courier or Honestly Tasty be made within 24 hours of items being due for delivery, we cannot be held liable for any spoiled goods.
