Ingredients:
Dressing
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
Salad
- Bowl of mixed leaves
- 1 Pear
- Handful of grapes
- Large handful walnuts
- Blue cheese
Method:
Put a frying pan on medium heat and throw in a handful of walnuts with a drizzle of olive oil & salt. Cook for a couple of minutes until golden & toasted before putting to one side.
Make the dressing by mixing together the maple syrup, olive oil, wholegrain mustard and white wine vinegar.
Chop up 1 pear & a handful of grapes and throw in the salad with toasted walnuts & crumbled Blue – the more the better! Dig in!
