Veganzola, Pear & Walnut Salad
It's time to mix up your salads with our Veganzola, Pear & Walnut Salad. So simple to make, yet so tasty.
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
4 tbsp white wine vinegar
A bowl of mixed leaves
A handful grapes
A large handful walnuts
Put a frying pan on a medium heat and throw in a handful of walnuts with a drizzle of olive oil & salt. Cook for a couple of minutes until golden & toasted before putting to one side.
Make the dressing by mixing together the maple syrup, olive oil, wholegrain mustard and white wine vinegar.
Chop up 1 pear & a handful of grapes and throw in the salad with toasted walnuts & crumbled Veganzola – the more the better! Dig in!
