- Rubie’s tomato chutney
- Rubie’s garlic or chilli mayo
- Vegan coleslaw (optional)
Toast your burger buns gently on the grill.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Once hot, add a burger to the pan. Cook for a few minutes on each side. Add a large slice of blue to the burger and place a small pan lid over the top to melt the cheese. Repeat with any other burgers if you’re making more.
Layer up your burger. Start with tomato chutney, thinly sliced tomato and lettuce. Then add your burger and top with coleslaw if you’re adding. Add a generous spread of garlic or chilli mayo to the top of your burger bun and sandwich on top!
