- Vegan pesto
- 1 x roasted red pepper
- Honestly Tasty Shamembert
- 2 x slices sourdough
- Vegan butter or spread
Spread a good dollop of pesto on both slices of bread. On one slice, add a pre-roasted red pepper and a generous serving of Shamembert on top. Sandwich your other slice of bread on top. ⠀
Heat a tbsp of vegan butter or spread in a frying pan on medium heat. Once hot, add in your sandwich. Use a smaller frying pan lid to add pressure and get the bottom nice and crisp! ⠀
Cook for a couple of minutes on one side - until golden brown - flip, repeat and serve!
