Pastrami Sandwich

 Ingredients:

  • Bread of choice
  • Vegan spread or butter
  • Sham
  • Sgaia pastrami
  • Sauerkraut
  • Rubie’s onion chutney
  • Lettuce 
  • Optional: mustard & gherkins

Method:

Butter your bread before layering up everything in your sandwich, starting with the sham, then adding the pastrami, sauerkraut, lettuce, and chutney. Sandwich the other piece of bread on top and tuck in. Take out the lettuce if you want to turn it into an epic Rueben toastie!
