Shamembert

Garlic

Olive Oil

Marple Syrup

Thyme or Rosemary

Pecans

Cranberry sauce/relish

Bread to serve

Christmas Baked Camembert

Method

Preheat the oven to 180c.

Prick some small holes in the top of your sham and nestle in in 3-5 small cloves of garlic. You could also slice the cloves thinner and distribute across the cheese.

Lightly drizzle with olive oil, maple syrup and sea salt, before adding cranberry relish, crushed pecans and fresh thyme.

Place on a lined baking tray, or in a small oven-proof dish and bake for approximately 16 minutes (or until golden brown) - then tuck in with a lovely loaf of crusty bread!
