Festive Baked Sham


  • Sham
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Marple Syrup
  • Thyme or Rosemary
  • Pecans
  • R&R Apple and Cranberry Relish (or cranberry sauce)
  • Bread to serve


  • Preheat the oven to 180c 
  • Prick some small holes in the top of your sham and place in 3-5 small cloves of garlic
  • Lightly cover with olive oil, maple syrup and sea salt, before adding apple & cranberry relish, crushed pecans and fresh thyme
  • Place on a lined baking tray, or in a small oven-proof dish 
  • Bake for approximately 16 minutes (or until golden brown) and then tuck in with a lovely loaf of crusty bread!
