    Method

    A very quick and easy side dish to add a cheesy fix to any meal! Sub out the shamembert (we love the truffle-iness with the garlicky butter!) for Garlic & herb if you'd prefer to achieve more classic flavours.

    Grab a baguette and slather in butter and minced garlic. Pop under a preheated grill to melt for a minute and then layer up with slices of Shamembert.

    Sprinkle on a pinch of salt and pop back under the grill until the cheese starts to melt!
