ABOUT THE PRODUCTS

Shamembert (Sham) is styled on camembert, and is one of our best sellers for a reason! It boasts an authentic rind and creamy, truffle infused centre. Ideal for baking.

Veganzola - Blue is an award-winning gorgonzola style cheese. It's matured over several weeks and made with real Penicillium Roquefort.

Bree - a thick and mellow soft-ripened cheese, offering a creamy texture and subtle, earthy tones.

Herbi (-voursin!) is a dairy free alternative to Boursin. It's packed full of flavour, mixed with a blend of garlic, chives and fresh parsley. 

Ched Spread is a spreadable mature cheddar alternative. Boasting a sharp and tangy taste, it's great on a cracker or stirred into cheesy sauces...

Sgaia Pepperoni Slices (contains gluten) are chunky, hot chilli sausage slices. Perfect on a pizza paired with Shamembert, or warmed up and served on a charcuterie board

Sgaia Pastrami Slices (contains gluten) are smoky, peppery and aromatic faux meat slices, a New York Deli Style Classic

Nettle's Macadamia White is a spreadable soft cheese marinaded in extra virgin olive oil and cold-pressed rapeseed oil, infused with black peppercorns and thyme.

IANO Miner Threat is a bold and smoky cashew cheese, ripened in a coat of activated coconut charcoal ash. 

STORAGE
  • Keep refrigerated.
  • Our cheeses keep for 8 - 12 days (please read the best before date on the label) and most can be frozen for up to three months. For other cheeses, see the packaging 
  • The Shams should be baked from frozen and not defrosted. We don't recommend freezing the Bree.
