Rubies in the Rubble Classic Apple Relish

Perfect in a ploughman's, or smushed on a cracker - this classic apple chutney is a winner.

The lovely team at Rubies find surplus apples to use from a farm in Kent. They are too small, large or blemished to be sold in the supermarket but they make a wonderful relish.
