Slowly caramelised pink onion relish with a touch of heat. Perfectly matched with shamembert, in a burger or on the board. An absolute all-rounder.
For this one, Rubies work closely with a farm in Essex, they collect the onions which were too small or blemished for the supermarket (so would otherwise be left to rot in the field) and slowly caramelise them for a deliciously sticky and sweet relish.
