Our guide to freezing and defrosting your cheese

Freezing your cheese? Here's everything you need to know about defrosting our products to make sure they taste delicious on the day! šŸ˜‹
ā
ā„ļø You can freeze our cheeses for up to 3 months after purchase (we advise that you note down the number of days left before the use-by date prior to freezing and use it as a new guide after defrosting)...ā
ā
ā„ļø To defrost, take the cheese out of it's packaging so it has space to breathe - ideally place it on some kitchen roll, on a flat plate, in the fridge. Leave it for approx. 12 hours (overnight works) to totally thaw out. If you're freezing your Shamenbert, there's no need to defrost - just bake it in the oven for 22 minutes, instead of the usual 14....
ā
šŸ§€ Once you've opened up the packaging, consume within 3 days... if it lasts that long!ā  Oh and in case you were wondering, the correct serving size of herbivorsin is the bigger piece šŸ˜ ā
