Our guide to freezing and defrosting your cheese

Freezing your cheese? Here's everything you need to know about defrosting our products to make sure they taste delicious on the day! 😋
❄️ You can freeze our cheeses for up to 3 months after purchase (we advise that you note down the number of days left before the use-by date prior to freezing and use it as a new guide after defrosting)... We only advise freezing shamemberts and bree if you then bake from frozen.
❄️ To defrost, take the cheese out of it's packaging so it has space to breathe - ideally place it on some kitchen roll, on a flat plate, in the fridge. Leave it for approx. 12 hours (overnight works) to totally thaw out. If you're freezing your Sham, there's no need to defrost - just bake it in the oven for 22 minutes, instead of the usual 14....
🧀 Once you've opened up the packaging, consume within 3 days... if it lasts that long! Oh and in case you were wondering, the correct serving size of herbi is the bigger piece 😏
