We're huge fans of Ottolenghi here at Honestly Tasty, and of Ixta Belfrage too. Their tasty tacos were devoured at many a lockdown feast (household only!).
We didn't change a thing for this one, so the full recipe can be found here. We did sub out their delicious homemade tortillas though, short on time - but give both a whirl. All we did - unsurprisingly - was add some Honestly Tasty cheese... a few generous chunks of ched spread, because what's a taco without cheese?!
